I do alot some armwrestling, and the one and only pain I get is the area in the picture (Marked with X.)
Can you tell me if this would more be considered part of the triceps or the bracialis?
I get the same pain in both arms. I'm guessing it's some sort of tendinitis, and needs plenty of ice & rest.
