    im 31 years old. 104 kgs...bulking for the next month

    That's a lot of calories man, and protein really. But yeah you'll bulk a lot of fat at that rate dude. Maybe calculate your TDEE (there are stickies on here if you look) and add around 300-600 calories I personally add 500 and it's working for me. Find out what works for you and what you're happy with , but seems quite a lot more than you should be having without me calculating for you.

    Seems pretty high to me as well. What are your stats & goals ?
    Also the amount of protein shakes is too much IMO. Don't rely on the isolate so much & eat some real food to make up for it . I bet you could take out 3 of those shakes , add in one real protein & still be on point with enough to fit your macros.

    thanks for the info guys.i was thinking my self that the calories was too high and maybe the protein as well , but there is so much info online that sometimes its easy to get confused with all the conflicting info.....i think ill drop the calories down by 1000 and protein down by 80....ill also try and replace the shakes with real protein...if only there was a bodybuilding for idiots book. :-)
