Got my blood work done today. Was supposed to fast 12 hrs but couldnt help myself I had 3 egg whites n 46g protein shake at 330am before wotk out. Blood drawn 630am. Will this cause a available problem?

only to your triglyceride and glucose....presumably thats why you had fasting sample taken?
