There shouldn't be a lot of sodium in your diet at this point anyway...if you're just eating basic clean foods there shouldn't be anymore than trace amounts to begin with so I wouldn't put a lot of worry into this.
Training - I prefer last leg session to be at least 10 days out prior to a show. No training at all Fri, Sat or Sun other than cardio and what I like to call depletion training Mon, Tues and Wed if needed. Depletion training consist of back and chest on Mon, Shoulders and arms on Tues. Light circuit on Wed if needed. It's all high rep, with lots of holds and stretches...it is one of the most brutal things on earth, if not you're not doing it right. Since you're past this stage there's no point in laying it out and it can vary a bit from one guy to the next anyway. But the idea is to prime your body for what's to come and it works well.
Cardio - generally the last day is somewhere between Mon and Wed depending on how you look. The only reason to do cardio after Wed is if you're trying to make a lower weight class and you're cutting it close. If you're still trying to get in shape it's a hopeless cause.
Carb loading - I wouldn't shit load. Most should never do this. This is only something you should do if you have tons of shows under your belt and you know without a doubt you need it but most don't. I know it's hard but coming in full and smooth is terrible....smooth is all they'll see no matter how full you are.
How many carbs where you eating per day on average the last few weeks? Answer that and we'll go from there.
I wouldn't worry about the weight class, at least don't worry about going up a weight class, that'll put you at the bottom of that class. If you're a lightweight so be it, there's nothing wrong with that...you simply want to be lean and hard and if that has you at the top of the lightweight class that's great.
Tanning - spray tan sometime Fri. Your show should have someone there that is doing it. A second coat later that night if needed and touch up before prejudging and night show.
