Please help with daily winstrol doses.

I have a friend taking winstrol. He has 10mg tablets and is currently taking 60mg a day. 3 tablets in the morning, and 3 more tablets late afternoon. He asked me if he should split up the doses more, take all six at the same time, or continue his current dose. I haven't the slightest clue. Can anyone give me an idea?

I have already viewed the section on the site about winstrol and dosing, but it doesn't answer my question.

And why he isn't here asking for himself?

I just randomly made this account specifically for this question. We work together and I use this site a lot, so I thought I'd join the forums and ask.

He is a physique competitor. He is 30 years old 5'6, 154 lbs, and about 7% body fat.

And the rest of his cycle and ancillaries?

I'm no longer at work with him to confirm, but the last I knew of was 300mg test-e, 200mg tren-e, both every four days. I'm not sure if that is still the case or not.

I'm confused why that would matter when it comes to my question though.
