Well, I used to lift back in 2007 every day of the week. I got to 240 pounds 8 percent body fat although I didn't do too much legs. I wasn't using anything at the time except protein glut amine and coffee. I want to get back into the gym probably this coming July, the waiting is because I'm moving to a new country that has a red and white flag with some sort of red marijuana plant in the middle lol. Anyways My focus was to get pretty big back in 2007 but now want to get cut so definitely cardio torture is in store for me. Hope I can use the expertise in these forums.
