Anyone know where to get? Ar-r were out of stock when I checked 2 months ago and says they still are out of stock today

There seems to be a shortage, has been like that for as long as I can remember at all the sites I've come across.

Sublingual seems to be the way to go until then from what I hear. Unless you go overseas, or vet grade stuff.
