    Hi all i need some advice for eating while training bulking and dieting

    Hi all

    im currently trying to loose a bit of belly fat for the holiday

    only problem is would you say im eating right

    i only eat one big meal a day and maybe a few snacks

    usually Monday to Saturday il have 3 eggs hand full of spinach and a turkey or chicken breast and maybe a hand full of nuts a day about 5 cups of green tea per day but is this enough

    i go to the gym 4 5 times a week and do alot of weights and cardio

    all answers appreciated

    Your "I am eating this" is way to vague for anyone to help. Please define a few snacks and also create a diet plan that you can get feedback on.

    You could also total up in myfitnesspal exactly what you are eating now and we can tell you how good or bad that is.

    The diet is insufficient. You won't lean out and could even lose muscle by improper nutrition. Have you ever calculated your TDEE to know what your maintenance calories are approximately?
