25mgs of d-bol enough for 1st time?

i would run it at minimum 30...depending on your height or weight 35-40 may be necessary to take full advantage of the drug.

i would up that dose to 30 mg/ed

when i did my sus/deca cycle i ran d-bol at a very high dose, 40mg/ed and i got sick results and no side effects. but imho i think 30 - 35mg/ed should suffice !

I would maybe go 30 but 25 should be fine considering alot of people dont recommend d-bol at all for a first cycle.

I went with 25 for my first cycle and blew up!! I'm a short guy though, I think it might depend on your body weight. I read you should do something like .2mg/lb of body weight

Sust alone is enough for a first time user. Dbol is awesome. Its like creatine only 20 times better. Exceptions of course but in general

i ran d-bol at 20mg a day and saw some nice gains with out the major bloat but i was also running sust. I am also ending with winny.

my first cycle with d-bol was great and all i did was build up to 25mg a day then back down, but that was b/c i had no clomid. trust me you need clomid, get if it if you can.
