    Question Test Cycle Plus ??

    Hi I am 35 years old, 65kg, 1.67 metres tall. My body fat is around 14%. Have not measured it exactly lately so it is an estimate based on the last 2 months. Been training for 6 years now.

    My aim is achieve a little more muscle and roundness while lowering body fat to a single digit percentage.

    I was suggested by a friend at the gym to take Test as a base combined with Tren. I want the least sides possible so, if I do the cycle, I will keep the dosages to the minimum.

    Would like your opinions on this as well as some suggestions on any possible low dosages. Again, I do not want bulk but just lean muscle and low body fat.

    Also as regards test, do you suggest Test C or Test E?

    Question: would this be your first cycle? If so, stick to just test, plus proper AI, hCG and PCT (unless you're on TRT). As for test c v. test e: doesn't matter. Both are fairly long esters.

    Considering your goals are to gain a little more muscle. And you weigh 65kgs and have been "training" for 6 years I suggest you start with looking at diet and training. Just out of interest what results have you seen in 6 years

    @auswest - 6 years have been on and off, the first 4 years I was very strict with diet and cardio and lifting but these last 2 years I have slacked due to other commitments but still trained occasionally. Diet is in check no worries. Thanks for your reply.

    @jdc91gt - Yes that would be my first real cycle. I only took some dianabols way back without knowledge of PCT and practically lost all my gains, which were quite noticeable while I was on gear. I will stick to test then. What do you suggest as a dosage per week please? Thanks

    You have to remember that Test is not the cause of losing fat, diet and cardio is. The Test will increase nitrogen in the muscles and promote hypertrophy in the muscles. If you want to cut while getting nice round muscles you really have to get over to the diet section and find a good diet along with doing some cardio everyday.

    OK granted but I was always told to reduce carbs. However when I do so, I feel really tired and cannot lift well at the gym... I do not know if there is any solution to this...
