hows it going just started hitting the gym about 2 months ago after being out of it for 5-6 yrs came here to start my research so when i get to about 20% bf i can start my first cycle and have some what of a clue what to do.
right now i am 6'5 345 pounds so i got a little bit of a ways to get to my goal before the cycle which should be enough time for me figure out what to do.i have been using Austinite's Fat Loss Protocol for the past months and have dropped 35 pounds with ease looking forward to growing and building a better me with what seems to be a really good community .
