    AR-R Sent me the wrong product, won't accept a return?! Stuck with the wrong product!

    I had thought I ordered albuterol, when I got the email saying my item was shipped I checked it to make sure it was right, it wasn't- it's liquidex (which I didn't even click on so I don't know how the system got liquidex). So I sent AR-R an email saying it's wrong, well I didn't get a response till 2 days later once the item had already shipped. If they were on top of their emails, then this would've gotten caught before it shipped out! Now they're refusing to accept the return and ship me the right stuff.

    I've ordered several things from AR-R over the last 7-8 years, call me a loyal customer, how about being loyal to your damn customers! I expect Ar-R to make this right, but in todays world you can't count on that.

    So you ordered the wrong item, are pissed you didnt get a reply to your email over a holiday weekend, and they suck for shipping your order too fast. Got it. They dont take returns- never have- but they should for you. Righhttttt.....

    Yeah I could never do what you do. People **** up and then flame you on the forum. Id be out of business telling them to kiss my ass. Good for you for going thee extra mile, I sure wouldn't have.

    8 years of providing you with good service, one thing goes wrong and you freak out? You ordered the wrong item and you likely emailed them on Friday night. They don't work on the weekends.

    To top it off, they're refunding your money even though you weren't careful with your order. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. Order a chill pill with your next order. Life is too short for this nonsense.

    Ps. I purchase EVERYTHING online. Electronics, clothes, cars and everything else from tons of sites. I have never, ever, not once, experienced a shopping cart selling me the wrong item. Ever.
