Hey guys! Just asking for you to critique my diet and training and give me some tips on my first cycle.

Im 12st7 (175lbs)
5ft 9
and 13% BF

Running 2.5ml of Test a week and 40mg of Dbol a day.
Got Arimidex for Gyno every 3 days.
And Clomid+Nova for PCT.

I train 6 days a week
Chest+Arms
Legs
Shoulders and Back
Rest
REPEAT

So i'm currently on 2800 calories a day (Apart from Gym im not very active so low metabolism)

Does this look like a decent starting point? Let me know what you think?
