    Opinions on 3rd Cycle

    Hello guys,

    I have been reading this forum (along with other forums and websites) for a while now. I have just registered as a user since it didn't comment on anything before.

    I'm 28 (at 6'1 - 184 pounds - 13% BF) and I have done two test only cycles so far within the last year. I had to stop my second cycle after 9 weeks because I had an accident, however, I completed my PCT for that one.

    I'm considering a third cycle in a month or two. I have been doing some research such as reading blogs etc. and I have been thinking about adding some new compounds (deca and "maybe" anavar) to my 3rd cycle along with test.

    My goal is to end up somewhere around 190-195 lbs.
    I haven't done a blood test for this upcoming cycle (which I will be having 3 of them - pre, mid and post cycle). I'll get it done two weeks before I start.

    What I think is the following, and I would like to get some advises and/or suggestions from more experienced users/athletes here.


    Week 1-12:
    Testosterone Cypionate at 200mg/week

    W 1-12:
    Deca Durabolin at 200 or 300 mg/week

    W 1-14:
    Arimidex at 0.5mg/EOD

    W 6-12:
    Anavar 50mg/ED

    W 8-12:
    hCG at 500iu/week

    PCT:
    W 14-18:
    Clomid: 75/50/50/50
    Nolvadex : 40/20/20/20

    And of course liver support throughout the whole thing.

    My three main questions are:

    1. The proper run of hCG, since everyone has their own opinions about it. Such as running it through the whole cycle... Running it only the last 4 weeks... Running it only for PCT.. Running just from Week 12 to 14, in between the cycle and PCT... etc.

    2. Keeping or dropping Anavar from this cycle. As most people use Anavar to end their cycles to polish off their gains and shred the fat they might have put on during their cycle, I thought adding it for the last 6 weeks seems like a good idea. But again, I would like to hear what you guys think.

    3. The dosage of test and deca in this cycle. What I was thinking that the gains will be the result of Deca (and the possible Anavar) itself, and the purpose of low dose Test is to maintain the normal physiological levels of testosterone, not to make any gains.

    I'd very grateful if you guys would share some of experience and knowledge.

    You are light for your height I would hit nutrition section to gain some mass.
    your dosages are low especially deca
    hcg thru out up to pct
    forget anavar you need mass.
    Test 2 weeks longer than deca (deca takes longer to clear for pct )
    but hit nutrition section and post your diet before you waste time and monet cycling.

    Thank you so much for your response. Yes, I have lost almost 10 pounds after the accident because I couldn't work out properly.
    I guess you suggest me to wait and put on some more weight before cycling. Thanks again.

    Yeah bro just wait and gain ur muscle back naturally. Ur muscle should come back fairly fast with a proper diet and training schedule.

    I would run your tes at 400 to 500 mgs, drop the var for this one, and run Hcg through the whole cycle right up until 3 days prior to pct. 200 mgs of tes is way to light. The deca at 300 will be great for joint relief.

    And....... Start ur adex at .25 eod for starters and see how your sides go.

    Bulk up now till spring (not fat) run a cycle spring into summer.
    unless you are in year long warm weather not this winter garbage we have here in Northeast usa

    Interesting cycle but I would up the deca seems a little low to me.

    I like the cycle set up. Similar to what I run these days. I would up the test to 350 ew and the deca at 250. The var seems good to me, but may hinder your appetite, it does with me, so if gains are what your looking for I would drop it. The hcg is broken up, 250iu's eod ? A-dex should be dropped down and I would also taper the clomid. I do agree that you should try to put some of the weight back on with out gear, a few months after hitting the diet section here should have you primed and ready for your cycle. Good luck.

    Cycling is for when you reach your natural limits and gains are hard to come by.
    I did not start till I was in my early 30's when I new I needed a little extra help.
    also if you ever what some extra cardio you can come over here and help shovel some snow.

    I Wouldn't worry about a starting weight, just get your diet dialed two months before then keep there after .

    Thank you so much. I will listen to your suggestion and wait for a while before starting my cycle. In the meantime, I will do more research and hopefully come up with the most efficient cycle. So your suggestion is running test for 12 and deca for 10 weeks then?

    Thanks for taking time and responding man! Much appreciated! I will wait around two months like you and Derek suggested before purchasing anything and starting a cycle.

    Can you please tell me what you meant by "The hcg is broken up, 250iu's eod ?" ?
    Are you telling me to use hCG throughout the whole cycle - 250iu/EOD dosage? Do you think the cypionate is the best testosterone choice to go with Deca?
