When I watch the side view your bar path is off, you're getting out on your toes. As others have said, open your eyes, look a little higher almost as if you're trying to pinch the bar with your traps, chest out and it'll help with the back arching issue and elbows down. I've read and listened to a lot of people talk about the squat and not all agree on everything so I looked at the best squatters ever, Kirk Karwoski, Ed Coan, Dan Green, Dave Tate, etc. These guys are some of the best in the sport so I watch their videos and read their articles.
