Hey everyone. I'm 20 years old, about 200 lbs and I figure about 16 to 17percent bf. Been training for three years now, bodybuilding style and natural. I'd like to go on a cut to lose a fair amount of body fat. Would like to get down to 10 percent and do a slow progressive bulk until I decide to maybe do anabolics.
Right now I'm eating 3000cals, about 65 fat 200 protein and 420 carbs.
I don't have experience cutting, but have access to ephedrine and caffeine (have used ec in past). Should I incorporate fasted cardio? I've also heard conflicting arguments about what to do in the gym.. Keep weights same but lower volume etc.
Biggest question is macros- I've heard raising protein is a good idea because it helps to satiate you. Any insight is appreciated.
