    Scar Tissue?

    Fellas,
    I have had a lump on my shoulder for close to a year now. It seemed to have never gone away from a shot.... I did confront my Dr. with the problem, and he said it could be an overdevelpoed muscle. I did not think so. I then asked a couple local bodybuilders, and they tend to think it is scar tissue. It does not hurt to the touch, but does hurt if I apply deep pressure. Is there any way to get rid of this at all?
