Considering doing ghrp6 and mod grf for my first cycle
Im 92kgs about 16-17%bf and 5,11 23 years old
Have been training naturally since i was about 18 on and off but ive been consistant for about 3 years now,training splits constanly change but more than often i train 6 times a week
Ive never done and cant do steriods becasue they arent available to me but these peptides are and from the research ive done so far them seem like a good place to start anyway.
So anyway dosage seems to be ideal for beginners at 100mcg of each 3x a day, my question is what can i expect to see from using these compounds and how long should they be ran for? Ive heard lots of theories ranging from 1 day off a week to 4 weeks on 4 off and 6 weeks on 1 week off? So if anyone could provide me with some info as to whats actually needed for rest periods id be grateful, considering ive read that the body will adapt to these compounds there logically has to be some ideal period for using and having a break from them?
