Well the air pocket is almost 20mcg and I feel that could be a rather large difference with some amounts used. I took a picture so you guys can get a visual. The stopper is right at 0.5 ml and the liquid stops just above the dot next to the pointed edge of the 4. I was thinking the air pocket is to compensate for the liquid that is below the zero mark on the syringe. If I want to use 0.5 ml would you set up the syringe like it is in the picture or raise it until the liquid actually reaches the mark? Thanks guys.
