All depends on how confident you are in your source. Unfortunately this is the trend that we all face these days.

You are going to get what you get. No saying what batch or year they are going to be. It used to be that amps weren't faked as much but that's no longer the case. You really aren't going to know until you get them. You can labmax them to see if they contain the compound they state they are but you will not know if they are dosed correctly.

You really can't trust authenticity codes either. Its frustrating ....to say the least.

These are the chances that you take. Unless you are dealing with true Pharma grade product from a legit source, which most do not have access to, you are rolling the dice. Even if you trust your source with your first born, who's to say that he, or she, is not getting scammed? There are fakes all around us, from clothing to electronics. It happens, and if you plan this game long enough, you too will be scammed once or twice, if you are lucky!
