Alright... I 've been putting this off for too long.

I've been on TRT for 2 and a half years; first Axiron then injections.
My life has changed for the better in all ways except one.

Although my libido is nice and healthy, my orgasms are about as weak as can be. It is very frustrating to say the least.

Has anyone of y'all started HCG so long after starting TRT?
Is their hope for me?
How long do you think it will take to get back to my old self?

You have nothing to lose if you try. I'd say give it a shot. You can start off with 500iu, 2 times a week. 3 times a week if you like. Once things get back into shape, you may consider lowering it. I take 700iu/week as maintenance.

My question is why you waited 2 years??????????????????????????????????

1. My various doctors wouldn't prescribe it.
2. Since HCG needs to be refrigerated my wife will see it. I am going to have to explain to my wife why I am injecting a non-prescribed medicine.
3. It wasn't as bad when I first started on Axiron. I have been on Test C for a little over a year now and it has progressively gotten worse. Could be time or the change in meds or both... I don't know.

Communication and honesty, are important ingredients in marriage. Just tell her of your concerns and that you plan on getting a medication overseas to alleviate your condition. Exactly the scenario between me and my wife.

Also, I'd wager that if you tell your doctor you will be going that route, he'd be more inclined to write a script for you. I get mine overseas and it works! And it's incredibly cheap compared to pharmacies here with script. About $23/5000iu vial.

By the way, T is T no matter the delivery system. I'd guess it just took this long to bother you. hCG generally fixes it very quickly.

What do you mean your orgasms are weak as can be? You need to elaborate because that can mean a few things.

Is The sensation of cumming not great?
Do you mean you dont ejaculate alot and the fluid amount is weak?

Not to be graphic but....

Let's say I used to have 10 contractions with x amount of ejaculate per contraction. Now it's like I have 5 contractions with 1/2x amount of ejaculate per contraction.

Make sense??

Just a little update....

29 days after ordering my hCG the package is finally out for delivery!!!!
Hopefully in a week or two my boys will show some sign of life again.
