I have heard from several people that exemestane is the best AI because there is virtually no chance of "rebound Gyno"
Is this true? I have anastrozole for my cycle but would I be better off using exemestane? Have not started my cycle yet.

I literally just read this online yesterday. As for the source, I will try to find it but it was another forum. That also doesn't mean it's true, myself I'm not really familiar with it.

Not sure if you can post a link to another forum but here is the thread, you can scroll down until he starts explaining AI's. The Estrogen Handbook - SuperiorMuscle.com - Bodybuilding Forums
Stane is milder and harder to crash e2, hard to say if one is better than the other. I stated my cycle on bunk adex, switched to stane until I ran out a couple weeks ago then went back to real adex. If you have adex, just use it and you will be fine, no sense buying stane if you already have an AI.
I'm a firm believer that rebound estrogen is a myth. I would be very curious to see proof. The AI inhibits Aromatase but doesn't actually affect its production in any way. For this reason the only rebound you're going to see in estrogen is that which you will get from ceasing to take an AI while still on cycle.
What about if you didn't have the opportunity to do bw and your AI dosage wasn't targeted. Bet that happens more often then not and what would be the cause of puffy nips post pct? I find it hard to believe it wasn't from high e2. Maybe it doesn't rebound if its truly under control....which I have to come to realize that managing sides effectively is truly the trickiest part of cycling.
It's 5am so I apologize if this isn't epiphany worthy but in my opinion if someone gets puffy nipples post pct then there are a lot of things that could be wrong and only BW could really tell. I promise I'm not copping out, it could be a lot of things like poor pct methods or just a bad response to hormone crashing. Aromatase is on a negative feedback system just like many other hormones in our body. For that reason it will not be created in excess once an AI is stopped assuming your body is functioning normally and you are cycling properly. I'm not sure if that's what you're asking me Buster.
Also Jimmyinkedup wrote a sticky "EXEMESTANE: THE UNDERDOSED AI" greT read and would answer your ?'s regarding if it's better... I feel is the trickiest part of cycling is like Buster stated dialing in your AI takes time... IMO I try to stay w/what is best for my bodies balance(which happens to be a-dex) just my opinion(& I have used Stane on a few cycles b4, also) it's a preference thing if you ask me(& how ones body reacts to one it may react differently w/others)...
