Upped the dose to 3iu Ed last night
Sleep is definitely better
Mood elevated
A little leaner tan last week but that's probably due to my diet

I ran hgh for 8 month at 8iu 4 years ago and my whole body changed since then my ring didn't even fit my pinkie lol
