Hi, Been reading up but need some advice.
I'll get the basic info out of the way:
I'm 40 years old, 5'10", 156 lbs with 13% bodyfat. I have been going to the gym for many years.
About 10 years ago I did one cycle of Deca, Sust and Dbol with real good results (gained about 38 lbs)
3 years later I lost most of what I had gained (got sick, no lifting, hardly eating for 9 months) so only kept about 10lbs.

I chose a 5 week cycle to minimize the probability of the side effects. Particularly the hairloss (I have a full head of hair (always had high hairline) but hairloss runs in a lot of my family) and I'm worried about shutting down my test production for too long since in a recent lab work I found out I have low testosterone (was feeling down, with anxiety, little energy)

I feel safer making small gains little by little just for peace of mind.
I would be happy with gaining 5-10lbs and dropping 2-3% bodyfat. Not sure if thats possible with this cycle but I guess I'll find out.

What I started this past sunday is:
week 1-5 = Test P - 50mg eod
week 1-5 = Tren A - 50mg eod
week 1-5 = Anavar - 50mg ed
week 1-4 = HCG (???)
week 6+ clomid + ????

Going to start HCG tonight to help keep "the boys" running.
3 questions I hope you can help me with:
1 - I would like to know if HCG 3 times a week (m, w, f) 300ui is good or 2 times 500ui. (or what you recommend)
2 - Should I run some nolva just incase or just wait to see if get any gyno effects?
3 - For PCT I have clomid but not sure how much/long or if to add anything else...
