certainly not 24hrs later bro it is still a long ester so It will still take a few weeks for you to start "feeling" anything from it...its an individual experience for everyone so you will have to wait and see...do you plan on doing another 1g next week?... that is the protocol for frontloading if your going to do 500mg per week for the rest of the cycle?...anyways give it time...

OP I did a similar test e front load. It was 600 mg every 3.5 days for a week and a half (three pins in total) then 600 mg/week for a remainder of the cycle. I had a libido and significant weight increase by the end of the first week. Keep in mind this wasn't a very scientific study and the effects could have been from the placebo effect and/or an increase in calories after a prime. As said by GB everyone is different so give it time.

I have only ever felt something that quickly with test prop. Be patient.
