    Looking for critique

I am looking to lose weight. As of May when I went to my doctor, I was 237 lbs and had 33.9 BMI. I am 5'10. Since then I have been really cutting calories. I have an MMA class twice a week, and then I lift 3 times a week and run 2-3 miles outside twice a week. I know that you guys are going to crush me on my diet below, but I'm down to 225 lbs today and dropped about 2 inches from my waist. I've also ordered the fat burning stack that Austinite recommends in this forum that I will be starting on Thursday. I'd like to get down to 205 lbs. Any helpful advice is appreciated.

    Diet:

10 am: 2-3 oz lean meat
    Noon: Protein shake(20g protein)
3 pm: 2-3 oz lean meat, handful of almonds
6 pm: 8 oz lean meat on romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, asparagus
9 pm: Greek yogurt or hard boiled egg

That's enough for my cat but not a grown man. You are in danger of causing metabolic damage if you have been, and continue, to eat like that.

What are the macro's for those meals? Current bodyfat %?

I'm not sure what my current bodyfat% is now. That's just what was written on my doctor's chart from my checkup in May.

On average I am taking in around 65g fat, 40g carbs, and 130g protein a day since that appointment. I was really disgusted with how I looked and 237lbs was the highest I've ever been. I feel good, have pretty good energy throughout the day, and my workouts are improving.

I posted a fat chart you can choose from.

You are eating less than 1500cals per day. That's way too low. What happens when your weight loss stops? Where do you cut calories from when your current levels are that low?

How long have you been eating like that?

Probably in the 25% range. Eating like this since the end of May. About 5 weeks

As much as you might hate it I think you should slowly up your Carl's over the next few weeks.

Go up to 100g carbs, 150g protein and 50g fats each day for the next 7 days. Then add 30g protein and 20g carbs for the following 7. Then come back and tell u show you are getting along.

Use your cabs pre workout HD keep your training as is.

    Oatmeal and couscous for me.

Purely for convenience. Couscous cooks instantly with boiled water. I always fvck rice up. Too much or too little! Couscous I do 100g dry which is a lot when its hydrated.

** Sorry BiB. Not under cutting you here.
