Cheat. Once every two weeks or once a weak.

Your body has adapted and is in survival mode. It's hanging on to everything it can. By doing a refeed (cheat day, medium to high carbs) you're giving your body a fresh start. It realizes it's not starving, and goes back into burning mode.

Also. . I don't really see where you're getting any fats in either. You can't really go on low carb AND low fat. The body needs energy from one or the other. You may actually benefit from adding carbs into one of your later meals as well

Agree with Hawk. You either have to use fat/or carbs for fuel source, cant restrict both. Keto is a popular cutting diet. High fat, moderate protein, low carb. You said you dont do macros, do you track calories? Do you know your BMR?TDEE? If not you could be eating at maintenance or over, meaning you should aim for a deficit of 300-500 calories a day under your TDEE.
