new to online sites

hi everyone Im new to this site but have questions desperately i gotta ask.
So confused on how to start a new topic?
Maybe ill just ask here but sorry in advance if its the wrong place.
I have noticeable gyno and can't afford surgery. Anyways i am a week into an eq and anavar cycle. No test and no arimidex or nolva with this cycle.
Questions;
1) Will i get gains with this cycle? I workout hard.
2) I am scared to add test because i don't want my gyno to skyrocket?
3) shud i use something like arimidex during the cycle considering my gyno?


i am 39 yrs old with about 19 percent body fat.
