I'm 135 and I used to be 108 and grind every single one of those pounds I gained. I'm currently on a 3k a day diet 150 grams of protein.

I'm seing some terribly slow gains, I figured at my weight it would be easy to gain at least to like 150 but so far it hasnt been the case.

On the flipside I got to keep my eight pack as I bulked which I am happy about this has been in the span of a year

I concentrate on strenght training and keep adding more weight to my lifts every week or every two weeks.

My goal is to get to 160 at the very least
