Men's Physique competitors like Sadik or Sergi Constance or Jason Poston are definitely getting a lil too big for a physique guy. They will certainly do well in this class. It's somewhere between a physique guy and a 212 competitor. Check out their height and weight classes here:

This could be the key to bringing back the bodies of the golden era. I do believe many physique guys would switch to this class and even 212 guys would drop the extra weight to have the more well-balanced look to compete in this division. This also means Jim Manion finally listened to the fans and audiences.

That will help me, I had drop 25lbs to make my class last show. I'm 6'1 and walk around between 215-225 in shape. I cut a lot of water clear to 187 to make my last show and was way flat. Was 205 the next day lol
