Well, I got my measuring tape in the yesterday and I finally got my measurements in completion.
For the 2016 "classic physique" season I plan on making an attempt to hit the measurements for a greek physique. I still am going to have get less than or equal to 170lbs but these are my measurements at the moment.
It should be noted that it's almost 4am and I am working on homework and I just took all my measurements about 10 min ago.
Caliper: 6.5% garbage measurment. My fat set points are my inner thighs, lower back. More realisticly i'm at maybe 8-8.5
Height: 5'7
Wt: 183
Wrist: 5''
Forearm 10'
Calf 12'' (to big for legs?)
Bicep 12'' (maybe go up to 13'')
Legs: 18''
Waist: 27.5''
Chest: 36''
neck: 12'' (I don't know what I could do for this)
Where do you guys think I need to adjust to build a competitive physique for this new division?
