What do you guys use?

No it doesn't matter mono is mono. I stopped using creatine years ago. I don't like the extra water weight
I am down 11 lbs so I kinda want some extra weight so I don't look small. I am assuming it will go away easily as soon as I stop taking it.
I read somewhere that you like Mr Hyde. Can I mix mono and Mr hyde?
I will just buy any cheap creatine. Optimum nutrition and universal nutrition have cheap ones.
I second this, especially cuz it makes my face bloatedOriginally Posted by Bio-Active
Get the micronized version, blends instantly. Just buy it on its own, forget the blends. I also prefer the powder over the pill. Some people do retain water but that is individual. IMO creatine monohydrate is a must have supplement. You dont really need to load either just do 5g/day and maintain that. If you think you can get enough creatine from your diet, think again. To reach the 5g dose you would need to eat about 3lbs of meat per day. Do your colon a favor and just supplement.
sure you could and I think Mr Hyde has a little in it toOriginally Posted by somewhatjacked
Mono like everyone has said. Make sure u drink alot of water as well
Mono it is...thanks a lot for your replies
Universal sells good creatine/owns trademark for CreaPure so I would suggest that maybe... Although I've been using it, I got some water retention, no noticeable strength gain in lifts, finished few months ago and now I have no plans on using it again, I could not justify its effectiveness. I did read, and you can find lots info about this, that once start consuming creatine, your body stops producing it naturally, and after discontinuation, it takes a while for your body to begin produce it naturally again... meanwhile loss of some water-weight, loss of some strength if there was any impact... I believe I may not supplement with creatine again, meditation alone works better on alot of aspects and cost nothing/nor tax your bodybut it is all different for every body else, your life - your choices, educate yourself on your steps
the science behind creatine is solid. further reading: Creatine: the Power Supplement
Doesn't really matter, it holds water so i quit it.
