The ones I thinking about are pretty cheap but I'm a bit skeptical.

I'm yet to see a fake genotropin pen. I've been getting them from the pharmacy for the past few months, so if you want to post a pic, I can take a look for you...
Also I don't see an issue discussing prices of a standard pharmaceutical product?
