Think you're talking about Terra Chips. Jimmy. They are expensive, but very good. My wife has been tinkering with dehydrating thinly sliced sweet potatoes in the dehydrator we bought @ Walmart.
She hasn't got it down it down pat yet but is working on it. The last batch she made, she dehydrated them, laid them out on a plate, lightly spritzer them with olive oil, put them in a big freezer bag, threw some cinnamon and Splenda, and shook the hell out of the bag to coat the chips.
If she gets the process down pat, I'll post up what she does. Those Terra Chips are really good though. There is one of the veggies in it that is particularly sweet. Don't know if it was parsnip or what, but defo good eating.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
