So I was comparing some pictures. The first one 213 down from 277. The second picture is after I went to a low 206 lbs then back up to 211 lbs. I think I look a lot better and more solid now. I want to stay around 210. I am 210 lbs 5'10" 57 years old.

I eat 6 times a day 8-10-12-3-5-7.Lift 5 days one hr a day and 30 min HIIT 5 days.Arethere any changes I might want to make?
