I have been on HRT for over 4 years. For about the last couple months I have noticed that I produce about 1/3 to 1/2 the amount of semen that I used to. I follow the standard protocol for HCG of 250iu's for two days before my Wednesday subq injection (250 on Mon and 250 on Tue) so 500iu's a week. It doesn't come out with much force and not as much. I have done a few cycles of tren and deca, with deca being the most recent, ended December 30th. It seems to be related to the deca cycle. I have labs scheduled for when I return from vacation.
Two questions
1. Is there any test I should request other than FSH and LH?
2. Could I need more than HCG? Maybe change injection site etc..?
edit:
I just read that prolactin can also have a negative effect. I did take .25mcg of caber twice a week when on my deca cycle. I also understand that when you have a lot of sex you can't produce it fast enough so volume goes down. I generally take things in hand once or twice a day and have sex with my wife atleast 5-6 times a week. Maybe I should lay off for a few days and see what happens?
