High Estradiol when on TRT 70mg per week (Test E)

i have low t. below are some of my blood works before before commensing trt.
Description of what i meds i was taking is given below.

Test 1 :

Test doen at 8 AM .. i was taking below medicines.
 jumex .25 mg one in the morning. 250mg tribulus test . 23mg zinc. and evion (vit e 200mg) and nootropil 800 mg twice


FSH 3.84 mIU/mL reference value 0.95 - 11.95mIU/mL
LH 3.65 mIU/mL reference value 1.14 - 8.75 mIU/mL
Testo 3.16 ng/mL reference value1.66 -8.77 ng/mLmIU/mL for age < 50 years

Test 2:

medicine i took while performing this test 

i have been taking clomid 25 mg 3-5 days a week mostly for the past 3 months. besides  i was also taking 500mg of tribulus test .. 200mg vit e.. 80mg zinc .. .066mg  of seleium daily for the past 8 months



FT4 18.42 pmol/ L reference range 12.0 -- 22.0 ( it was 17.6 in 2008 when i wasn't taking any meds except few vitamins )
FT3 5.44 pmol /L reference range 3.1 --6.8 ( it was 4.0 in 2008 when i wasn't taking any meds except few vitamins )
TSH 1.44 uIU /ml reference range  .27 -- 4.2  ( it was 2.4 in 2008 when i wasn't taking any meds except few vitamins 


LH 7.49 mIU/ mL reference range 1.7 -- 8.6
FSH 6.87 mIU /mL reference range 1.5--12.4
Estradiol 48.28 pg/ml  reference range 7.63 -- 42.6  :-\
Testosterone 4.07 ng/ml reference 3.3-- 8.05   :-\

Test 3:

i stoped all clomid/multi-vitams /tribulus and did some blood work to baseline my readings.. below readings were taken couple of months after i stopped all above.

i did vitamin D test, here are my results.

after starting vitamin d3 my vit d r are in 70's range.

Test 5:

only medicine i took before below test is jumex .25mg daily in the morning.

Prolactin.
Tested prolactin. 
It is 19.51 normal range for men is (3.75-19.4).

Test 6:

only medicine i took before below test is jumex .25mg daily in the morning.

Test 7:
my PSA blood test came out at 0.6ng/ml. ( refrence value of 4ng/ml.)
my age aprox 30

Test 8:

this is done 12 hours after i injected 70mg of Testoviron (test E) subq in tummy. i have been using this dosage for past 3 months. 

I do suffer ED and with this it is more pronunced however ever since i commenced trt erections are easy to get and are a bit better quality.

In my opinion, that's a fairly big spike in e2 for a 70mg injection, especially given that it's sub-q.. My e2 was just 10 points out of range with a 50mg injection that was done the day before and without any AI on board.

I'll let the more knowledgeable guys chime in but here's my two cents:

1. Cut back on your test dosage and retest. That may or may not bring your e2 within range, depending on how quickly you metabolize.

2. You didn't post anything about your body composition but, I have found the the biggest contributor to elevated e2 levels is high body fat percentages. Drop some fat if you're on the heavy side. I lost around 90lbs when I started TRT (couldn't lose weight to save my life before) and it dropped my e2 levels significantly.

3. Possibly look into an AI. I, personally, NEVER recommend them just because of my own bad experiences with Adex and DIM but everyone is different.

It is advisable to split dosage. If you do 50mgs twice per week the spike will be smaller, and e2 conversion lower.

Have you been exercising?
Whats your bodyfat%?
Do you drink alcohol?

You may need and AI added to your protocol.
Also you should draw blood just before the injection.

Mr. BB, does alcohol affect Test's aromitization or does it interfere with Arimidexes effectiveness to reduce it? Or just please simply correct me if I have no clue what I'm trying to ask - thanks!

Yes, alcohol blunts GH/IGF1 and promotes aromatization.

My question is why such low dose testosterone produces such a high estrogen?
It's it normal for estrogen to go so high 12 hours after injection? And for how long they remain so high.

I will do another test.. I am On 70-80mg per week. Should I do test 6 days after last injection?

No one can tell you for sure the exact reason why, maybe your bodyfat is high, maybe is like you body is.
You need to start pinning twice a week, it will lower the max testosterone and therefore also lower estrogen. Probably also you need to start with an AI.
