Extreme thigh pain 2 days after injection. Can't walk! Please help!!

Well I did my first injection on Thursday night.
250mg test E, 1 ml. 23 gauge 1 inch needle. Sterile, completely clean, use 2 alcohol swabs, etc. So it's not an infection. Gear is from a reliable source. Not fake crap either.

I injected it into the quad. Specifically the upper outer portion close to the hip. I was told that would be the least painful. So I did it, aspirated, all that. Took me about 30 seconds to inject. Now here's the thing, I accidently moved the syringe/needle while it was still inside my quad. It moved sideways. Could have this caused muscle tears?

Anyways I quickly moved it back in place, then took the syringe out. Completely painless injection.

Friday evening, I started feeling a bit of soreness in my thigh. Not just the quad, but literally from my knee, all the way up to my injection site. It wasn't serious though. I still was able to workout my legs.

However, hour after hour the soreness got worse. By midnight, I was nearly limping. Now this morning (Saturday morning), I had a LOT of pain in my thigh. I didn't even get much sleep through the night because it just got worse. I tried walking and immediately felt severe pain and fell back in bed. I have been in bed all day because I literally can't even walk.

It's not red or swollen and there's no bump. It's just extremely sore from the knee all the way to my the upper part of my thigh.

Edit: Just felt my thigh. It feels hotter than the other one. Not like blazin hot but def can tell it's warmer than the other one. I never noticed till now. However it's not red or swollen.

Could you call this an infection just based off the fact that it feels a bit hot?

    So here are my questions:

1.) What could have caused this? I'm thinking maybe because I accidently moved my syringe while it was still in my thigh? Did that tear a muscle or something? Why didn't I feel any immediate pain then?

2.) What can I do right now to help my leg? Would heating pads work? Advil? Massage? Although a massage would kill me... I can't even touch my thigh without experiencing pain.

3.) What can I do to prevent pain like this from happening in the future? Should I start doing my glutes instead? What else?

Thank you for anyone who read this. I appreciate any help. I don't have anyone else to help me
