Strange GP giving test cyp injections

I have been on try for over a year. My friend was recently diagnosed with low t and he logically came to me for advice. His GP seems like a quack to me. First off she didn't go any deeper testing for What could be causing it. Not even bio and free test. Also no baseline tests were done on E or anything else. His total wa in the 100s and he is overwight. So without any testing she gives him an injection for 400 mg test cyp in the office and told him to come back in two weeks for another. First off that dose is too high. Second two weeks sucks and he told her this and she said she does it all the time successfully. Bullshit. Now my friend says he feel nothing at all and the next visit she goes up to 500mg! This lady is a quack. First off how does she just have vials of TC in the office? Doesnt a controlled substance require a script and some sort of tracking? He says it isn't even going through his insurance to his knowledge. Odd?? Everything I told him she is doing wrong and not making sense. He is doing aas levels and then will crash. He is overwight and E will be a problem but has no baseline. I told him to run but he is sticking with her. Probably likes the high dose concept because doesn't realize it will make him miserable. She gave him no hcg or arimidex. Opinions on this welcome?

I was always told in dosages of 300 MG a week or less no pct necessary. She does sound like a dumb shit and most dose at 100-200 MG max on trt because that's all that's necessary to take them to above average levels.

Whoever told you that is incorrect. Once you're shut down it's always smarter to make some type of effort with pct. Foolish not to.

Yes I agree. What I mean is above 300 MG a week test c and you are screwed if you don't follow up

I kind of wish I had that situation but with proper pct meds etc going. I'll just ask her for a script to regulate personally cuz of hardships getting to the office etc.

She was probably front loading double the dosage to raise his blood levels faster then the third time she will go to trt dosage.

she sounds like a cowboy and would be willing to do whatever your friend asks in time, id advise him to ask for AI script and an ongoing script for TC, considering how hard it is to find a dr willing to dish out treatment he may want to persist- but yes she should do a proper investigation- i wonder if she is really giving him TC or just a placebo--seems too easy and fishy for my liking?

doesnt sound like she follows protocol at all, most docs would probably start
with 100-150 mgs every 2 weeks as they are just gps, and have guidelines,
maybe ask him how he felt, then up it.... as to her having TC and administering
it, maybe she has a UG...kidding.... the max script TC in Canada is 100mgs/10ml

be a 5ml shot...thats pretty big, most docs I think would be aware thats a large
injection...
its tough trying to convince a doctor of any thing you might have researched,
as they think they know everything, he needs to get to a specialist, instead
of a doc thats injecting people willy nilly and saying youll be fine..
he might be best to get some HCG and an AI on his own and be prepared,
he can inject the HCG on his own, thats what i did....I havent needed the
AI, but I take HCG weekly....if he can get his shots weekly it would be better,
as KelKel showed in the chart of serum levels

excuse my ignorance, that is enanthate, i am on cyp, or depo as the doc
refers to it. Maybe some doc prescribe en, but that is hard to find in the pharms, they have a hard time ordering it in. it would be great to get 200mg/ml doses, and only inject 1/2 a ml would make stacking less worriesome

Dosage and protocol is horrible, but it is common for a Dr. to have controlled substances in their office. This includes AAS, some pain meds, etc. They are supposed.to be stored in a secure environment and have to keep track.of how these are dispensed and are subject to audits to account for these meds and their usage.
