I'm in week 9 of my second cycle only test e 600 at week. (adex 0.5 eod and 250 IU hcg 2 x week).
I gained 17-18 lbs, no sides. Strenght up 10-20%. Now I wouldn't gain more weight, I would keep this size and cut some fat to other 4-5 weeks.
now I'm eating 400/500 kcal over tdee, I think to cut 800 kcal and (going to under 300 tdee ) add 20 min cardio after each workout (5 times at week). It is a good idea? recommendations?
