    Some Progress Pics

on my 35th birthday I looked in the mirror disgusted with my dad bod. So I did something about it. ill be 37 this week. so near 2 years of work.. edit: I'm a towering 5'4" just to get an idea of stats.

I started natural and lost a total of 25 pounds over the first few months, then I spent the last 18 months or so gaining while staying relatively lean. Starting weight was around 185 around 25% BF, got down to about 160, and currently 180 pounds around 10% body fat. learned a lot about nutrition and training through trial an error as well as doing a ton of research, and im pretty happy where I am, but of course still a work in progress.

I did once cycle in my twenties. And then didn’t pick up a weight for 10 plus years. So back in the gym the last couple years. I logged back in. Haha. I’ll post more often. And to be honest I never considered getting on stage. It’s just a hobby. But who knows.

Great job man! I'm on a similar path, started june 8th last year. At 6,1 284 lbs and around 35% bf, I decided to get serious and and dropped over 70 lbs the first year. I plan to be under 15% bf by next summer. Your accomplishment will definitely help motivate me, thanks for sharing

    Challenge yourself. You'll like it.

Go to some shows in your area and see what they're like. Particularly prejudging.

One of the best transformations I've seen. Just one thing got my attention, I might be wrong but on the arm that has the skull tattoo, did you ever dislocated that shoulder? On one picture the front delt of that arm looks much smaller than the other and this is common in people with axillary nerve injury from a dislocated shoulder. But maybe it's the positioning in the pic that creates the effect.

First, thank you. Those drastic transformations I’ve seen on social media are some of the things that helped me along the way knowing what could be done if i put in the work.

Second. I don’t think so, but I also was a stunt rider for years and had a few wrecks that sometimes I would convince my self i didn’t need medical treatment. Which lead to a drug addiction. But that’s a story for another time.
So it’s possible. But it’s also very possible that I don’t know how to pose one iota. What would be a pose or way you could check? I think in the mirror I look even, but I really am just getting into the world of B.B. so I’m probably wrong.

It can be hard to tell by pics. Also, years of jacking off can cause one shoulder to be bigger than the other. I always try to swap around...lol

Good to know. Which cycle would you consider has giving you the best results?

About the shoulder, take 2 pictures standing straight in front of the mirror, one pic holding the camera with your right hand and the other pic with the left hand. Then you can compare both shoulders. It should be the front delt only.

I’ll do that later. I’ve been looking in the mirror at the gym now wondering if I’m lop sided. Haha.

For me. The best combo I ran was test c 500/tren E 350/ var 40. seemed to respond well and put on a good amount of clean muscle. Felt very hard. I’ve done the test dbol deca and gain weight but typically look puffy. I’d rather be lean and defined.

Currently only running test 400mg and 2iu GH
Been on for 4 months. Just testing the waters.
Starting to see veins in my abs. Sleeping better. I’ll take it. Running a small dose of T4 with it.
