    Test/Anavar PCT

    Scoured all of the stickies and articles. Going to be starting an 25mg 2x a day Anavar and Test 250 1x per week for 12 weeks. I couldn't find much on the PCT recommended for after, some I read said its a light cycle and a PCT not even needed, but I dont think I want to go that route. Any help would be great. thanks!

    Since you are 40+ years old...

    The first step I would recommend is getting blood work before your cycle.
    There is a good chance you may need TRT and thus no need for PCT.
