Trump's crack legal team held a 1hr 45min press conference today accusing President Elect Biden of personally heading an attempt to steal the election.

Chris Krebs, the former head of Homeland Security had this to say about the conference...

That press conference was the most dangerous 1hr 45 minutes of television in American history. And possibly the craziest. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you’re lucky.

I like Guiliani but I sometimes think he's "jumped the shark" for lack of a better term. His book "Leadership" about the 911 crises is one of the best books I've read.
I'm trying to withold judgement as it's only been a few weeks and we all remember it took over a month for the Bush - Gore debacle to iron itself out.
Sidney Powell is impressive to me. Remember no one believed her about General Flynn either, but everything she said came true so...
Remember as well, the constitutional attorney (can't remember her name) said this was nothing more than an opening statement. Evidence will be presented in court, not to the media.

All in all, interesting, fascinating and scary all at once. No matter which way things turn out half the country will be unhappy.

Guiliani's son just got diagnosed with Covid.
He was with his father on Thursday and Guiliani was sweating profusely.

Andrew Giuliani, a White House official and the son of President Trump’s personal lawyer, announced on Twitter on Friday that he had tested positive for the coronavirus. He is the latest in a string of administration officials, including Mr. Trump himself, to contract the virus.
“This morning, I tested positive for COVID-19. I am experiencing mild symptoms, and am following all appropriate protocols, including being in quarantine and conducting contact tracing,” Mr. Giuliani said.
Mr. Giuliani, who is not known to wear a mask at the White House, attended a news conference on Thursday with his father, Rudolph W. Giuliani, the president’s personal lawyer who is leading efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
People infected by the coronavirus are thought to be at their most contagious in the two or three days before and after their symptoms start. A spokeswoman for the elder Mr. Giuliani did not immediately respond to a question about whether he tested positive or is in quarantine.
The elder Mr. Giuliani, who was not wearing a mask and was sweating profuselywhile standing at the podium, made a series of baseless allegations about fraud, for which he provided no evidence. There were dozens of people crammed into the small space where the news conference was held.
Andrew Giuliani is only the latest case in what one White House official not authorized to speak publicly described on Friday as another outbreak at the complex. There are at least four other people who have tested positive in recent days in addition to the younger Mr. Giuliani, said the official.
Those test results have come as the dining room in the Navy Mess was reopened this week with limited seating, the official said.
Judd Deere, a White House spokesman, said Friday, “Any positive case is taken seriously. Contact tracing has been conducted by the White House Medical Unit consistent with C.D.C. guidelines to stop further transmission and appropriate notifications and recommendations have been made.”

So first Tucker Carlson called out Trump's Lawyer Sidney Powell.
“What Powell was describing would amount to the single greatest crime in American history,” Mr. Carlson said on Thursday night, his voice ringing with incredulity in a 10-minute monologue at the top of his show. “Millions of votes stolen in a day. Democracy destroyed. The end of our centuries-old system of government.” But, he said, when he invited Ms. Powell on his show to share her evidence, she became “angry and told us to stop contacting her.”
The response was immediate, and hostile. The president’s allies in conservative media and their legions of devoted Trump fans quickly closed ranks behind Ms. Powell and her case on behalf of the president, accusing the Fox host of betrayal.

Well guess what...
Tucker Carlson was right in calling her out... It appears even Trump agrees she was way off base.

President Trump’s campaign issued a striking repudiation of Sidney Powell, who had offered up widely derided conspiracy theories as she tried to aid the president’s baseless challenges to vote counts.
