Hi to all- Please follow me on my Cycle
Ok so i have been doing much research over 6 months in relation to beginner teste cycle
I am 46 years old now(male)- from 18-28 years old had been going to gym religiously until we had children
Never been on any meds, weight 96kg at approx 5,8 so have added on some muscle over the years
Then started back at the gym 2 years ago was going 3 days a week for 2 hours each (full body workout)
Ok so after the research i then purchased what i needed for this beginner cycle of teste
I have been delaying it due to the commitment needed for the 10 or 12 weeks
However crunch time and I am starting this as of tomorrow
this is how it will go
Weeks 1-12 500mg/week
Split into 2 days (250mg/week) Mondays and Thursdays
Weeks 1-16 Nolvadex 10mg/day (throughout cycle and pct)(to fight gastro)(I have 20mg tablets so will cut in half or take once every 2 days-thoughts?)
Weeks 14-16 Clomid 50mg/day (PCT)
However also i have Arimidex(1mg) on hand also if needed
Workout schedule
workout 5-6 days split body(approx 1/hr)
Shoulders/core
Arms./core (biceps/triceps)
Legs/core
Back/Lats/Core
any help along the way would be great

any advice from others that have taken on this beginners cycle would be great
