Hello everyone!
I've been browsing the forum for years and finally decided to join as I would love to discuss a lot of AAS theory here and perhaps even commit to a beginner cycle (we'll see).
I'm 36, male, 5'9 and 208lbs. Approx 21% BF. Been lifting off and on since I was 16, have always been focused on aesthetics.
Had a pretty devastating motorcycle accident when I was 27 and have never really been able to maintain a descent physique ever since. Back pain, hip pain, joint pain, being fat - it all adds up.
Recently acquired some decent home workout gear and plan on getting back into shape and maintaining for life ever after.
