No idea what brainfreeze testosterone is. Is it a UGL? Testosterone pretty much needs to be an injectable, transdermal, implanted pellet, oral, or I think there's a couple of sublingual applications.

No reason to fear injections. Some guys inject subcutaneously, some inject intramuscularly. If you need practice for IM, get a ripe orange and practice.


Edit: If it comes in an injectable form, such as in an oil solution, then no, eating it in food won't work

I have had a fear of needles but don’t think twice now, do your research on where to pin and take it slow in time you will look forward to it, I go with a 1” needle and 23 gauge it’s nothing, when I started years ago the thought process was you needed at least 1 1/2” for deeper intramuscular injections...if you are going to spend the money on gear get your money’s worth
