In fact, it brings estrogen sides. 3/8ths of Clomid is Zuclomiphene, an estrogenic compound that is responsible for most of the negatives associated with Clomid use. It is even possible to develop gyno from extended, high dose use of Clomid, in absence of other compounds to mitigate the risk.
Clomid is definitely not a substitute for either Nolvadex or an AI. Different mechanism of action than nolvadex, and an entirely different function than an AI.
