Follow up Dosage question/Peptides

So a friend is asking for what BAC water to add for this Peptide to determine dosage (experimental purposes), first time ever using peptides.

(A medical friend gave contradicting advice/just want to get the dosage right. They are saying 9mg=9,000 mcg which would need 4.5 ml of water per vial)

Any input much appreciated
