Hey guys. I’ve done quite a few cycles (months at a time) of GH with magnificent results. My sweet spot is 4iu a day split into am/pm 2iu doses.
I find that there are days that I am extremely lean and dry but other days I look bloated or holding water/soft. Because my dose is the same every day and I’ve been on it a while, I figured this would not be an issue. Is this sodium intake based? Hydration based? My diet is pretty steady and predictable so I don’t understand the fluctuations. My only other guess is whether my timing of pinning should be exact every day. There are days that my second dose is much later than my normal routine.
Just looking for input or how I can shed some water.
