						Your values don't really look too bad considering your cycle. I'd donate blood and finish out my cycle. Continue to monitor your CBC and CMP through PCT and see how things level back out

						You're overthinking it. Run the last 2 weeks of your cycle, Run PCT, , wait about 2 weeks, then donate blood. Check labs in 4-6 weeks after your blood donation.
If you had pulled precycle labs, you would have a reference to see how much your Hgb and Hct had changed.
Stay hydrated and you'll be fine
